Opis projektu:
We are looking for Senior IT Analyst to join the Deposits Domain within Group Technology. The Deposits Domain is a maintenance organisation for Personal Banking customer’s accounts and deposits (based on Temenos Transact), currently catering for approximately 6.5 million Accounts in the core ledger.
You will be joining a Team of experienced and skilled Product Owners and Analysts who are driving the business and technical requirements specifications and working in close collaboration with the Implementation Team(s) to execute software development according to the SAFe Agile Practices.
As an IT Analyst you will play a key role in understanding the business needs, analysing systems and applying data modelling to support clear and effective solutions.

- Clarify, document and communicate the functional and non-functional requirements, and drive your part of change initiatives with multiple stakeholders in line with the target state to enable sustainable solutions
- Strengthen the robustness and quality of applications supporting the business area to ensure reliable, scalable and up-to-date production environment
- Deliver according to scope, company standards, quality and timelines to meet business needs
- Keep track of latest developments and best practices within your field to maintain professional growth
- Facilitate agile collaboration across business, IT and external partners to enable successful deliveries that enhance business performance
- Provide guidance, including facilitation, coaching and review, to maximize customer value within your area
- Contribute to implementing solutions that innovate, simplify and modernise the application portfolio
Nasze wymagania:
- Strong requirements analysis skills
- Good experience in business knowledge and banking
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for T24 and reporting solutions.
- Analyse end-to-end data flows from T24 through integrations, data platforms, and downstream reporting systems.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers and reporting teams.
- Identify upstream and downstream impacts of changes, including data lineage, reconciliation, controls and operational processes.
- Support solution design by clarifying T24 product configuration, account events, transaction flows, interfaces, and reporting requirements.
- Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios covering normal flows, exceptions, reversals, corrections, and end-of-day processing.
- Investigate production incidents and data discrepancies by tracing transactions and records across systems.
- Understanding of deposits, accounts, balances, interest, fees, value dates, postings, and transaction lifecycle.
- Experience creating source-to-target mappings and business data definitions.
- Work closely with Product Owners and developers throughout refinement and delivery—not only during initial requirements gathering.
- Take ownership of cross-system issues until root cause, impact, and resolution are understood.
