Opis projektu:

You will work on implementing multiple data-related initiatives supporting critical financial crime detection and prevention processes.

The role involves developing streaming applications connected to multiple internal and external data sources, as well as building advanced analytics pipelines that produce clean, transformed datasets used across various Financial Crime products and services.

Twój zakres obowiązków:

Design and build distributed, highly parallelized Big Data processing pipelines handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data in near real-time
Use Apache Spark and Scala to transform, enrich, and prepare corporate data for advanced analytics, search, and data visualization
Develop and maintain streaming and batch data solutions across multiple internal and external data sources
Analyze business requirements and proactively clarify unclear or incomplete specifications
Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, and Product Management teams in a Continuous Delivery / Agile (SAFe) environment
Apply a test-driven development approach across all implementations
Design and implement test cases, test data, and automated test scripts using Python and Robot Framework
Execute test plans, analyze results, and report defects
Contribute to continuous improvement of quality, automation, and delivery processes

Nasze wymagania:

7+ years of experience with Apache Spark and Scala
5+ years of experience in Python development
3+ years of experience with Robot Framework
3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
Distributed data processing systems (especially Apache Spark)
Hadoop ecosystem (Hive, Oozie, MapReduce, etc.)
Advanced SQL and building complex data flows
Git and Bitbucket (including branching and versioning strategies)
Linux environments and Bash scripting
Unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit 5, Mockito, Spark testing frameworks)
CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo
Agile delivery frameworks (SAFe or similar)
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Clear communicator in an Agile environment
Curiosity and willingness to challenge and clarify requirements
Strong ownership and self-motivation
Focus on quality and continuous improvement

Nice to have:

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
Knowledge of streaming and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, IBM MQ)
Exposure to DevOps practices and mindset
