At IT Connect, we spend every day scouting for talent and connecting people with places where they can truly spread their wings. We know that the key to success lies in understanding needs and ensuring the perfect fit. Once a year, we use those exact skills for a completely different purpose. The latest edition of our charity campaign, ITC Paczka (ITC Package), has just come to a close. With great joy and emotion, we share with you a story that proves helping others is the best project we can ever execute together!

The mission: To find and support

For us, participating in the “Noble Gift” (Szlachetna Paczka) initiative is about more than just a collection of items. It is a lesson in empathy and proof that “team strength” at ITC is not just an empty slogan. In our daily work, we often hear about “challenges” and “finding solutions.” This time, life itself presented the challenge. We directed our support to Ms. Izabela and her ten-year-old daughter, Klaudia.

Their story is one of two brave women who found themselves in a difficult situation following a sudden family tragedy. Overnight, they lost their sense of stability and had to fight for their livelihood and a safe home. We decided to act just as we do in business—effectively and comprehensively—to “outsource” their problems and give them a chance to breathe.

The process: team mobilization

Our team showed exactly what full mobilization looks like. It wasn’t just about wallets; it was about willingness. Everyone contributed their “brick,” whether through financial donations or personal involvement in logistics.

Our office briefly transformed into an operations center. After a major shopping haul, it was time to wrap the gifts. Knowing that every box represented someone’s joy and relief, we made sure to care for every detail.

The result: 100% match

The “Weekend of Miracles” brought our campaign to its finale. The packages reached the family, and we received the most beautiful “feedback” possible—the joy and tears of the recipients.

We approached this aid much like we approach career development—comprehensively:

• Securing the Foundations: By providing essential everyday products, we gave Ms. Izabela the peace of mind and sense of security she had been missing.
• Investing in Potential: Knowing Klaudia’s interest in new technologies, we provided her with equipment and learning tools. We believe that providing the right opportunities is the first step toward success.
• Delivering Joy: We didn’t forget what matters most during the holidays—a smile and a moment of carefree happiness provided by gifts tailored to their specific passions.
