Innovation, partnership, and HR vision: IT Connect honored at the Polish Entrepreneurship Congress.

Table of contents

Wrocław, October 20-21, 2025 – We have successfully concluded our debut at the 12th Polish Entrepreneurship Congress, organized by the Polish Agency for Entrepreneurship at the Centennial Hall (Hala Stulecia).

These two days of intensive work proved to be more than just a networking platform; the Congress was a venue for honoring our achievements and exchanging expert knowledge regarding the future of human resources.

Success confirmed by the Polish Innovation Award

We are incredibly proud to announce that we have received the Polish Innovation Award! For IT Connect, this prestigious title is a significant distinction. It serves as irrefutable proof that our innovative approach to body leasing and specialist recruitment is valued and recognized within the business community. This award is a tribute to our team’s dedication and provides powerful motivation to continue our hard work in delivering the best solutions for the market.

Insights from the HR panel: The strategy of an external partner

Our active participation in the panel discussion dedicated to the future of HR resulted in strategic conclusions that directly shape our role as an external partner for HR departments. The discussion clearly highlighted how IT Connect can support companies in pursuing a “Smart HR” model:

  • Smart HR: Strategy over Improvisation. The role of HR must become strategic rather than just reactive. Instead of acting as a “firefighter” putting out daily fires or micromanaging teams on behalf of managers, HR should focus on strategy and competency building. This is where IT Connect steps in—as a partner that takes over the time-consuming, operational tasks of sourcing and flexibly providing specialists, allowing internal HR teams to focus on the strategic development of the organization.
  • Health and Well-being: The Foundation of Productivity. No benefit package will work in a toxic environment. The foundation is a healthy work culture and mental well-being. From IT Connect’s perspective, quickly and effectively filling talent gaps is a factor that directly supports the stability and health of our Clients’ teams by reducing burnout and overwork.
  • Intergenerational Challenges and Work-Life Blend. Organizations must skillfully manage generational diversity, combining the experience of the 50+ demographic with the assertiveness of Gen Z. Younger generations are shaping the market, moving toward a “Work-Life Blend.” Our mission is to provide flexible, culturally aligned talent that seamlessly integrates into existing teams and strengthens this diversity.
  • Returning to the Office: Communication is Key. While the return to the office is a positive trend aimed at building bonds and a sense of belonging, it must be implemented with a proper strategy and communication. Employers must clearly define the purpose and benefits of this process, avoiding a sense of coercion.

A hub for valuable conversations

Although this was our first time participating as an exhibitor, our booth became a vibrant networking hub. We held many engaging and inspiring conversations with managers, HR directors, and entrepreneurs. Every exchange of experience reinforced our belief that our body leasing and recruitment services directly address the market’s key pain points.

These intensive two days in Wrocław—rich in knowledge from panel discussions, numerous valuable contacts, and crowned with the Polish Innovation Award—have given IT Connect a powerful boost of energy. This success puts the wind in our sails and confirms that we are on the right track. We are highly motivated to continue our hard work!
