Ms. Izabela and Klaudia’s lives changed dramatically five years ago when the girl’s father passed away suddenly. This loss triggered an avalanche of hardships – the loss of their rented apartment and the necessity to build a tiny house on allotment garden land (ROD), which resulted in massive debt.
Ms. Izabela is a true ‘super mom’ – she works hard every day as a bus driver, waking up in the middle of the night to provide for her daughter. Klaudia struggles with health issues and trauma, but despite this, they both try to find joy in the little things – like baking cookies together or going on trips. Their biggest dream is for their dad to come back, which is sadly impossible. However, we can fulfill another, more down-to-earth dream of Ms. Izabela: ‘to finally get some sleep,’ by lifting at least some of the financial burden from her shoulders.
Last year, we also participated in the Szlachetna Paczka campaign. Thanks to the dedication of our employees and the support of donors, we were able to help Ms. Anna – a lonely 70-year-old woman who was struggling with numerous health issues. With the funds raised, we managed to fulfill most of her key needs.
