I am a graduate of the departments of Mathematics and Information Sciences and Electronics and Information Technology at Warsaw University of Technology. During my studies, I started working at PTK Centertel – now Orange – as a data analyst. After a few years, I additionally started running recruitment and billing processes. Almost 20 years ago, I founded IT CONNECT together with my partner – Grzegorz Skoczek. Then I led a project to implement a large service brokerage portal. Currently, however, I take care of the appropriate level of infrastructure and systems at IT CONNECT.

I am one of the founders of the company and have been taking care of its operation for 20 years. During this period, the company has undergone a huge transformation from a small business to a large and thriving company working with more than four hundred consultants. At work, I am focused on identifying and solving problems. In my relationships with people, I focus on honest and open communication. My goal is to find the best solutions, I love automation and making complicated things simpler.

I enjoy learning new things – whether related to IT in the broadest sense – like the application of artificial intelligence in business, new programming languages, frameworks, or unrelated things like carpentry or metalworking. I am experimenting with changing my place of residence and learning new languages – I have already lived in Switzerland and Spain. Currently, I am realizing myself as a father of a young toddler, dreaming of peace and sleepy nights.

I am a graduate of International Relations at the Warsaw School of Economics, where I also pursued specializations in real estate management and diplomacy, as well as a pedagogical study for teachers of economics. I also graduated from the Institute of History at the University of Warsaw with a specialization in archives. For the past eighteen years I have been gaining experience in the IT industry with the creation and development of our company. Previously, I worked on a database project related to Polish history.

I started working for the company in 2006 with operational management of our business, and after founding IT CONNECT, I took the position of its president, which I still hold today. During this time we have grown from a small company to a medium-sized enterprise at the moment. I manage all of the company’s processes and its financial and accounting side, and make sure that the company’s mission and vision for us is carried out. I value people and relationships based on respect, friendship and understanding. A good atmosphere helps build both the company’s image as responsive to the needs of candidates, consultants or clients and encourages them to work with us. Thanks to this, a technical industry such as IT finds its “human dimension” and colleagues are willing to stay with us for a longer period of time.

My passion is genealogy. I love the related hint of playing detective. I also really enjoy statistics, which also helps professionally in building a knowledge-based organization. In my free time, I also practice hiking in the mountains and swimming in the Masurian lakes.

I am a graduate of the College of Mathematics and Applied Informatics in Bialystok with a major in Mathematics and Informatics in Banking. I also attended postgraduate classes at ALMAMER Szkola Wyższa in Warsaw, majoring in Human Resource Management in 2008-2009.

This is my first job in this industry. I have been working at IT CONNECT since November 2007. Initially, I worked as an HR Specialist, and thanks to my analytical skills, I took over financial affairs in the company as a Finance Manager since January 2009. During the COVID pandemic I took the newly created position of HR Outsourcing Manager, and as a result of internal changes in the company at the end of 2023 I took over the management of all operational processes as Chief Operating Officer. At work, the most important thing for me is the PEOPLE and taking care of good relationships. It doesn’t matter if it is my direct colleague, any of our consultants or a client, I try to approach each relationship individually, flexibly and in partnership, and at the same time with full professionalism. In relationships, honesty, responsibility and mutual respect are very important values for me, and the greatest joy for me is to surround myself with people who are guided by similar values to me.

In my free time I often devise new business strategies. Privately, I like to take a break from business matters while traveling, for now the closer ones, but there are plans to travel further afield. Of other activities, I love squash, skiing and bicycle trips. In the summer, I spend every free moment with my husband in the garden, where we grow our favorite fruits, vegetables and lots of beautiful flowers. On long autumn and winter evenings, I like to spend time under a blanket with a mug of hot tea and some cool fantasy book in hand in the company of my two purring cats, spoiled to the limit.

I have been involved in the recruitment industry since my college days, when I gained my first experience at a recruitment agency that worked with clients from various industries, including the IT sector. It was then that I realized how important relationships, a deep understanding of needs, and a personalized approach to candidates and clients are in recruitment.
I joined the IT CONNECT team in 2018, and since then I’ve been growing in the field of recruitment, working on projects for companies with diverse needs and specializations. In my work, I value freedom of action, a collaborative atmosphere, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships.

I started working at IT CONNECT in March 2022 as a Junior Billing Specialist. My responsibilities include billing, preparing offers for our clients, coordinating orders, and issuing sales invoices. Later on, thanks to my passion for computers, I also took on IT support duties.
